Membership Levels
The Greater Fort Wayne Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (GFWHCC) is a 501(c)6*
organization created and supported by volunteers as non-paid cabinet officers and
board members.

The membership to GFWHCC is open to members of the community who subscribe
to the mission, goals and objectives of our organization.

Dues are paid at the beginning of each calendar year. Membership categories are as
follows:

Associate- This is our STUDENT, US VETERAN, SENIOR CITIZEN 65+
individual membership. Membership application must show proof of current
student status. Associate Members have no voting rights. Associates will be listed as
individuals in our directory.
Cost: $30.00

Active Professional –This is an INDIVIDUAL membership. Active Professional
Members have voting rights (1 vote). The Active Professional membership belongs
to the individual. Active Professionals will be listed individually in our directory.
Cost: $50.00

Active Business- This is a BUSINESS membership. Active Business Members have
voting rights (1 vote). The Active Business membership belongs to the business. We
will list both the members and the business they represent in our directory for
Active Businesses. Cost: $75.00

Corporate II – This is a BUSINESS, CORPORATE, or ORGANIZATIONAL
membership for the entities with 50 or FEWER employees. The Corporate II
membership belongs to the corporation, not the individual. Corporate II Members
have voting rights (1 vote). We will list both the member and the business they
represent in our directory for Corporate II members. Cost: $100.00

Corporate I – This is a BUSINESS, CORPORATE, or ORGANIZATIONAL
membership for entities with 51 OR MORE employees. The Corporate I
membership belongs to the corporation, not the individuals. Corporate I Members
have voting rights (2 votes). We will list both the member and the business they
represent in our directory for Corporate I members. Cost: $250.00

*Membership fees and contributions to the GFWHCC are not deductible as charitable
contributions, but they may be deductible as a trade or business expense. See IRS 501(c)6
